These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by The Good Toy Guide Limited [Company Number: 07996420] trading as Good Play Guide (“we,” or “us”), including our websites (https://fundamentallychildren.com/, https://www.goodplayguide.com/, etc.) products, and any associated content or materials.

6. Non-UK (International) Taxes and Transactions
For international transactions, including Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar taxes imposed by the client’s country, all non-UK taxes are the responsibility of the client and their associated tax jurisdiction.
The client shall be responsible for any and all applicable taxes, duties, and other governmental charges, including but not limited to any sales, use, value-added, or withholding taxes that may be imposed in connection with the services provided by The Good Toy Guide Limited under this agreement.
The Good Toy Guide Limited shall not be responsible for any such taxes or charges. The client agrees to hold our company harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their failure to pay non-UK taxes. It is the client’s responsibility to determine their tax obligations in their jurisdiction and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
7. Modification of Terms
Good Play Guide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users’ needs and our business priorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Good Play Guide – Subscription Terms
1. Subscription and Billing
- By signing up for Accreditation Plus (”Subscription”), you agree to a minimum contract length of three months, which will commence after the 30-day trial period. If you choose to renew after your first billing cycle, the minimum contract length remains at three months, and for each time after you look to renew.
- If you cancel your Subscription before the end of the trial period, you will not be billed.
- If you cancel your Subscription after the trial period ends and, therefore, within a current billing/renewal cycle, you will not be billed for the following (next) billing cycle once the current one has been paid and concludes.
Note: Please note that you are eligible to receive the free trial only once.
2. Automatic Billing
- After the 30-day trial period, your Subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You authorise Good Play Guide to automatically bill the applicable Subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
3. Cancellation
To cancel your Subscription before the end of the trial period, you must contact us at elliot@goodplayguide.com.
If you do not cancel before the trial period concludes, your Subscription will continue for the contracted three-month period, and you will be billed accordingly until you cancel your Subscription.
We reserve the right to cancel the Accreditation Plus (Subscription) at any time at our discretion.
4. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
