FUNDAMENTALLY CHILDREN AND GOOD PLAY GUIDE – SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
1. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
- By signing up for either Accreditation Plus or Our Membership (each a “Subscription”), you agree to the terms applicable to your selected Subscription.
(i) Accreditation Plus
- Contract Length: Minimum contract length of three months, starting after a 30-day free trial.
- Note: The free trial is available only once per user.
- Renewals: After the first billing cycle, Accreditation Plus will automatically renew for consecutive three-month periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellations:
- If cancelled before the trial ends → you will not be billed.
- If cancelled after the trial ends – Accreditation Plus will continue until the end of the contracted (charged) three-month period. You will not be charged for any subsequent renewal periods if cancelled before the renewal date.
Our Membership
- Contract Length: Available as either a monthly or yearly subscription.
- Free Trial: Unavailable.
- Renewals
- Monthly Plan → Renews every 30 days unless cancelled.
- Yearly Plan → Renews annually unless cancelled.
- Cancellations:
- Monthly Plan: Cancellations require 30 days’ notice before the next billing date. If notice is given less than 30 days before the next billing date, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
- Yearly Plan: Can be cancelled at any time throughout the period paid for, but access remains until the end of the (paid) year, and payments for the Yearly Plan are non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent further renewals, but access will remain available until the end of the paid subscription period.
2. AUTOMATIC BILLING
- For Accreditation Plus, after the 30-day trial period, your Subscription will automatically renew for consecutive three-month periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- For Our Membership (monthly or yearly), your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (every 30 days for monthly plans, annually for yearly plans) unless cancelled.
~ You authorise Fundamentally Children and Good Play Guide to automatically bill the applicable Subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
3. CANCELLATION
To cancel your Subscription, you must contact us at elliot@fundamentallychildren.com.
Accreditation Plus:
- To cancel before the end of the trial period, you must notify us via email.
- If you do not cancel before the trial concludes, your Subscription will continue for the contracted three-month period, and you will be billed accordingly until you cancel via email.
Our Membership:
- Monthly Plan: Requires 30 days’ notice via email before the next billing date.
- Yearly Plan: Can be cancelled at any time via email, but access remains until the end of the paid year, and payments for the Yearly Plan are non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent further renewals, but access will remain available until the end of the paid subscription period.
~ We reserve the right to cancel any Subscription at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of our terms.
4. GOVERNING LAW
These Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
