Archie, a multi coloured curved rainbow mark.

Swirlo a purple magic mark who loves circles!

What our experts think
The Mark Makers storybooks introduce children to early writing skills by showing the different shapes and marks needed to make letters and numbers.
Our testers found the books colourful and eye-catching and easy to come back to again and again. The children enjoyed following the shapes of the different characters with their fingers and interacting with the story by finding the different shapes.
This is great for developing their dexterity and hand-eye coordination, needed for holding a pencil and building their early writing skills.
