Description
Have hours of fun with this Electronic Sshh Don’t Wake Dad Game.
The first to the fridge wins.
The central figure in this novel new game is a ‘Dad’ who snores loudly (yes, really!) throughout the game. And wait for it… he jumps bolt upright from his bed when he’s woken from his sleep by mischievous children on their way to find treats! The aim of this delightful new game for young players is to make their hungry way along a truly hazardous route from their own beds around – and even right over! – Dad, who is sleeping in the middle of the board. It looks easy but you will need to avoid the howling cat, the tinkling bell and a hooting owl.
Contents: A game board, Dad in his bed, 2 stickers for the bed, a spinner on card, 4 playing pieces, 16 cards and game rules. Suitable for ages 5+

What our experts think
It was lovely to see how much the children laughed (and jumped with surprise!) when Dad popped up! This was a really popular game that generated lots of excitement. It was also interesting to see how the game began discussions about what the children’s Dads were like, and similar situations when they snuck downstairs to the fridge at night.
This is a great game for group play, developing social skills and taking turns while building relationships as a family or with friends. Children also need to use strategy when deciding whose card to steal. Playing the game promotes attention and listening, and requires children to follow instructions.
