The balls, columns, curves, straight tracks, and ramps are made of beech wood from sustainable forestry in Germany. Elements that cannot be manufactured from wood due to their shape or functionality are made from plastic – for example, the flexible connecting elements or the yellow steep ball curves where ball Paul rolls rapidly downhill.
Nothing can easily shake the Kullerbu tracks. The ramps, straight tracks, and curves have a hole on their lower side, into which the pins of the connecting elements snap snugly into place.
