Simple Charades is a very simple set of charades picture cards for young families. The set includes 54 cards, each with a single colourful picture and suggestion to act out. The set is divided into three levels of difficulty – green easy cards for younger players, yellow cards with harder suggestions and red cards with hard or silly suggestions for the parents.

Our testers loved that the same game could be played by 4 and 5 years old mixed with 10 and 11 year olds. It kept them amused for a good length of time. One of our testers was a non verbal 4 year old who absolutely loved the game and the fact it could be played without language. However it did also support her vocabulary building and speech as while she could act out the charades, the adults were naming the item when guessing. This charades game encourages children to practise their non verbal communication, it inspires creativity and develops teamwork and turn taking skills.
