What our experts think
A beautiful baby walker which was loved by all of our testers and their carers. It is robust, beautifully finished and easy to use. We like how it builds confidence in walking and helps develop gross motor control and balance, as well as strengthening leg muscles. This is important for developing towards moving about unassisted. We liked the fact that the walker is light and easy for little ones to manoeuvre but it did mean it was a little too fast for some of the younger babies.
When the children weren’t pushing the walker they engaged with the blocks, developing their fine motor skills as they attempted to build towers (and then knock them over..which produced much excitement!) The different shapes provide the opportunity for children to build a range of structures, and promote colour and shape recognition, especially with adult interaction. Fitting the different blocks together requires hand-eye coordination and also provides grounding for valuable skills in logic and problem solving, preparing young children for pre-school learning and beyond.
