Description
Make the perfect pizza but do beware, there could be a slug or bug under there!
A fun colour and shape matching game, but unlike a traditional pizza, the toppings in this game are sometimes very unusual and yucky, which children find hilarious.
What our testers said
“Look at what I picked, peas and sweetcorn, my favourite.” Girl aged 4
“Gross, slugs, did you know you can actually eat snails in France.” Boy aged 5
What our experts think
Pizza, Pizza! is a nice simple game for children to play – they particularly enjoyed shouting “in the bin!” when a yucky slice was picked up. Games such as this are great for encouraging group play, helping children develop their social skills. They also allow children to practice thinking strategically and make decisions (e.g. choosing which slice of pizza they will steal from another player), experience winning and losing in a friendly way, and learn how to take turns. This game helps children practice shape and colour recognition too, by matching the slice of pizza to the correct space on their board.
