The My Gears® construction kits provide hours of engaging hands-on learning and are perfect for developing early engineering skills, encouraging creative thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving, while also developing fine motor skills.
As with all Edx Education collections, the new ranges have been designed to support both classroom and home learning play.
The Gears are compatible with the 2cm linking cube sets, which are very popular for the classroom, playroom or garden to help our junior engineers to learn and understand the basic principles of Gears. These 2cm linking cubes can be used to create patterns, measure shapes and create both flat (2D) and 3D designs.
By linking several Gears together, young minds create, explore and build unique and amazing machines. Open-ended educational activities for young minds to explore their creativity and help them develop key problem solving and critical thinking skills.
