The Multi-Language Solar System Wooden Tray Puzzle provides a great introduction to planets and Space in a fun and engaging way for younger children.  The Children testing the puzzle really enjoyed learning the different names of the planets and their position within the solar system. We observed the puzzle promoting further discussions with adults about the planets, Space and other aspects of it such as the moon and stars. 

The set is suitable for different ages, with 3 year olds using trial and error to fit the pieces into the puzzle recesses, and the older children, 3-5 years keen to learn the order of the planets with the help of the insert included.The different language cards provided another twist to the learning outcomes and was popular with the slightly older children, around 5 years +. They were keen to explore the names of the planets in different languages and commented that they often sounded similar.
