What our experts think
An exciting game with simple rules that make it accessible for younger children to play together. Identifying the right stick encourages colour matching and pulling it out requires concentration and hand-eye coordination too.
We found this game a lovely way to encourage turn-taking as the children enjoyed watching each other’s turn, excitedly anticipating the chickens falling! The simple scoring of the game also promotes the use of vocabulary such as “more than” or “less than” which is great for helping them to start thinking mathematically.
