The bright colours of Freddie the Firefly immediately appealed to our little testers, and the different sounds and textures to explore really held their attention. The rattle is just the right size for small hands to hold and shaking it strengthens the muscles in baby’s hand and arm, as well as teaching her about cause and effect (shaking the rattle creates a sound).
