“Cuddles with Jellybean.” – Girl aged 2
What our experts think
Elephant is a lovely soft toy our testers quickly bonded with, one child even gave it a name – Jellybean. Suitable from birth; Elephant would make a great comforter and babies will love exploring the tactile material. Our older testers (toddlers and up) enjoyed roleplaying with it in imaginative ways, such as pushing it around in a pushchair and sitting it at the table. Soft toys are great for encouraging imaginative play, allowing children to act out scenarios they have seen in real life, while also helping them to develop their language and communication skills, talking as they play. They also encourage children to be affectionate and nurturing, important skills to develop, and Elephant was just too cute and cuddly for our testers to resist; everyone wanted a cuddle!
