What our experts think

Our testers loved playing with the Magna-Tiles Dino World XL set with its robust set of dinosaurs, small, medium, large, and oversized tiles of various shapes and with unique environmental features. They were visually engaged with its tropical theme, dinosaur footprints, and interactive palm trees. They delighted in exploring the different interactive parts of each dinosaur and thought it clever how they could build standing and fallen trees in their “dinosaur habitat”. The tiles connect magnetically to build an imaginative prehistoric jungle where dinosaurs roam. Children love connecting the pieces, creating different shapes and structures, creating their own “looking stations” and “dino-homes”, and pretend playing with all the different dinosaurs. Changing their positions and making them “climb” their structures was a hit. Playing with the Magna-Tiles Dino World XL set supports development of fine motor/perceptual skills, math skills, imagination and pretend play, and language through storytelling and interactive play with peers and family. Repeat play was frequent, the tiles are easily taken apart and put together in completely different ways. Ideal for children 3-to-6-years-old.
