Arckit Coastal Living is an innovative building kit which encourages children to engage with skills in design, architecture and engineering, an important part of STEAM learning. The children enjoyed following the steps to build a structure and also design the layout any way they wanted.
This is fantastic for their creativity and also helps to develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills to come up with ways to successfully bring their ideas to life. The accessories and figures provided also offer lots of opportunities for imaginative, small-world play which continues to inspire children’s creativity and storytelling skills.
Children will require some help from an adult or older siblings to add more complex aspects to their build, such as extra storeys and roof parts but with this support, they have the opportunity to use perseverance and tenacity to complete their design.
