The children enjoyed playing with the animals together, there were lots of animal noises made as they played! They are a great addition to any farm set. We liked that their resemblance to the real thing encouraged the children to talk about their experiences on a real life farm; this helps develop a child’s understanding of the world around them and builds upon vocabulary and language development.
We liked that the figures promoted storytelling, as well as role play, as the children took on different jobs at the farm. This type of real world play further develops knowledge and understanding of real life scenarios and helps children make sense of situations by acting them out. The only criticism our testers had was that the animals were quite small and not very detailed.
