Imaginative play is the superfood of the balanced play diet and the Bosch Workbench offers lots of this, encouraging little ones to dream up different things they can build and fix in their make-believe workshop.
Toys like this are great for developing key skills in STEM as they get children talking about building and mechanics and using the appropriate vocabulary without even thinking about it. Copying things they have seen their parent do, such as fixing items around the house helps children to build responsibility and independence and our testers saw this as little ones had a go at ‘fixing’ the tables and chairs!
