Description
Alphablocks, the popular UK TV show, helps millions of children learn to read. The Alphablocks Word Builder game supports letter recognition, phonetic word building, and matching pictures with words.
This game introduces the most common letters and sounds, allowing children to create simple three- and four-letter words such as “cat,” “dog,” and “man.” It also includes double letters like “ll,” “ff,” and “zz,” and encourages forming additional words like “fox,” “web,” “zip,” and “quack.”
The game offers four play modes suitable for both guided and independent learning:
- Match letter cards to the letters on the board in the correct order to form words—an entry-level matching game.
Contents:
- 20 double-sided word cards
- 31 letter cards
- 2 blank word cards
- Instruction leaflet
