What our experts think

Learn to read with the Alphablocks. A fun and engaging word and letter matching game with 4 levels of difficulty. Our testers said that the instruction booklet supplied made it easy to work out which level game was appropriate based on the child’s ability and they really liked that you could all play the same game together but with each child at a different learning level. Choose from simply matching pictures to each other or with the correct starting sound or when your child is ready level up to finding a picture beginning with the letter on your board.

The children engaged with the game well and understood the premise well as they had played matching games before. This game is an excellent resource to help children develop letter recognition, phonic letter sounds and word building skills in a fun way. It also promotes turn taking and listening.
